I Just Have A Moment...

I can rarely find a moment now to type a post and upload pictures. Right now Sam is occupied with a box and Liam is asleep in the swing, so I'm going to attempt to post a few pics. I don't have time to write a long update, so just know that we're all doing very well. Everyone is healthy and happy, if not extremely busy.

Sam thought Liam might need a few blocks to play with :)

My days go by so fast now. I hardly get anything done around the house because someone or something constantly needs me. I'm very much enjoying being a mom to two little dudes.

Sam is speaking in sentences now! Yes! I know! Wah!
He's going to be 2 years old in less than a month and a half.
As I'm typing this he's sitting beside me telling me what's going on
in a book.

I feel super accomplished as a parent that he now says, "Please"
"Thank you" "Hi" and "Bye" at the correct times.

Sam constantly amazes me with how much he knows. He says so many words and remembers places we've been. He pointed out the McDonald's arch the other day when we were driving and I said "McDonald's". Now every time we pass a McDonald's he says "donnas". It's crazy, but so much fun.

He also loves slides. Anytime he sees one he gets very excited and will say "la lide!" He gets pretty ticked if he doesn't get to play on it.

***Now he's made himself a pallet in the floor with a pillow and blanket
and is saying "Momma, night night" and laughing to himself. Still occupied
so I can keep uploading and typing.***

Sam adores Liam, thankfully. He is still brings him his paci ("pabee") when he cries which is so sweet. And he "reads" him books and brings him toys. He did manage to give him a cheerio recently which, thanks to the thrust reflex, Liam did not choke on. He also tries to share his chocolate milk which is a pretty big deal because Sam loves his chocolate milk.

It's so hard to get a good picture of Sam because he will say "cheese" and smile really cheesy. Guess that's what that means, eh? Or if he is smiling nice he sticks his two front teeth over his lip like so:

Lol, he cracks me up.

***I stopped typing to take pictures with Sam, the ones below. Now he keeps asking to take "picta, picta". Lol, smarty pants.***

Liam is 12 weeks old and doing so great. He is my little chunky squish baby. Mmm! I don't remember Sam being squishy like this, but I am taking full advantage of it while he's not running around.
He is such a little drooler too. Sam didn't drool ever. Not even when teething.
Liam has to wear bibs alot because outfits will be soaked if not. Gross.
He rolls over pretty regularly now and is super strong! He slept through the night once last week and is starting to stretch his feedings at night without any begging on my part. He also laughed at himself in the mirror and then again at my mom. So cute.
I've gotten into the habit of rocking him to sleep. I've enjoyed all of the snuggling I've gotten with him. I didn't do that very much with Sam because we were trying to establish good sleeping habits, which we did and I'm happy about that. But it's getting closer to time to CIO with Liam and putting him in his own room. I'm looking forward to him sleeping through the night consistently and I hope everything goes smoothly.

**Sam is now sitting on my lap eating a banana which he specifically asked for. Again, constantly amazed. I've gotten several pictures uploaded and quite a bit written so I'm feelin pretty good about this post**

I just love the look on Liam's face while Sam "pets" him, lol.

***Ok, Sam just pulled a butcher knife down from the counter and he's screaming, so it's time to end this post. Pardon any misspellings or grammar errors. I'm not reading back over this for lack of time. Enjoy the pics!***
